Our Online
Application Process

Registration for the 2023/2024 academic year is open with limited availability. KG Kids Pre-School’s applications are now submitted online through our Online Admissions Portal. Please continue to read through the step-by-step instructions below to successfully submit your online application for review.

STEP 1: SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY / BOOK A TOUR

Click the button below to submit an enquiry and book a tour. Our Admissions Officer will contact you within 24 hours during normal school hours.

If you are ready to complete the online application please skip to step 2.

At the end of the application, you will be asked to upload required supporting documents. Any application that is not filled in entirely or is missing any documents will not be processed.

Please note: Submitting an online application does not guarantee enrollment.

Required Documents

• Child’s Passport

• Child’s Health Certificate

• Child’s Birth Certificate

• Child’s Recent Passport Sized Photo

• Child’s CPR

• Father's CPR

• Mother's CPR

• Guardians CPR (if applicable)

• Completed and Signed Student Health form

STEP 3: CHECK APPLICATION STATUS

Upon completion of the online application form, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been created. You will be sent login details and a link for the parents' login page (Digital Campus Portal).

STEP 4: AWAIT ADMISSION DECISION

Once the online application and all the required documents are received by the admissions office, your child's file will be sent to the Head of the relevant division to determine whether the applicant is illegible to sit an entry interview.

• The Admissions Office will then notify parents of the relevant decision and schedule the interview date.

• The Head and other members of the educational team will review the results of the assessment/interview and make the final decision on acceptance.

• The Admissions Office will then inform you of the decision and the next steps.
